Description VTech BM1000
The VTech BM1000 Safe & Sound Digital Audio Monitor is a very basic and simple sound monitor that does what it should at a price you can easily afford. It is among the lowest priced baby monitors you will find in the market and is best suited for those who are looking for one that is quite easy to use. If your only requisite is quality sound monitoring and you don’t need those lullabies, night light, or temperature readings, then the VTech BM1000 will surely give you good value for your money.
The VTech BM1000 employs DECT digital technology which eliminates white noise and interference to give you crystal clear sound quality. With adjustable sound levels, you can set the volume to what suits you best so you can hear every breath and movement your baby makes. The digital LED display on the parent unit also lights up to alert you every time the nursery unit picks up some noise from your baby’s room. If it gets a bit noisy at your end, there’s not much to worry about as the LED light display indicating 5 nursery sound levels are clearly visible.
The VTech 1000 has an effective working range of 50 meters indoors and up to 300 meters outdoors. Rest assured you stay connected to your little one even while you’re tending the garden or putting out the garbage. The parent unit comes with a convenient belt clip for better portability and ease of movement and lets out an alert should you go beyond range. It also alerts you when battery power is running low and needs recharging. Under normal use, you can use the parent monitor for up to 14 hours on a single charge. The baby unit is directly plugged into the mains.

Hollie –
This monitor is okay. It’s one of the cheapest ones we could find and it seems to do what it is meant to do
Alice R –
Not very happy with the product. Poor quality and quite flimsy.
Brihanna –
Pay what you get. It’s cheap and does what is says. Not the best quality of sound and there seems to be the occasional delay between the sound our child makes and the output of the parent unit
